Nebenzya at the UN Security Council provided evidence of America's development of biological weapons in Ukraine
Russia has received irrefutable evidence that the United States oversaw the development of biological weapons on Ukrainian territory.
Russia's permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, stated this during a meeting of the UN Security Council, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“During Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine, facts were revealed that the Ukrainian authorities, with the support and direct supervision of the US Department of Defense, were implementing dangerous projects within the framework of a military biological program.
This activity was carried out on the territory of Ukraine, in the center of Eastern Europe, the southwestern borders of Russia, which created a threat to the security of our country and the entire region,” he said.
Vasily Nebenzya explained that the American side could not explain the presence of biological laboratories, although all the documents indicating this were present.
At the same time, during the special operation in Ukraine, the Russian Ministry of Defense receives more and more new materials about the implementation of US military biological programs.
“Over the past week, new details have emerged that allow us to say that biological weapons components were created on the territory of Ukraine...
Moreover, it follows from the documents that American colleagues helped not the Ukrainian Ministry of Health, as they claim, but the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense,” the diplomat emphasized.
He demonstrated the Technical Assistance Plan for certain recipients of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, which confirms the Pentagon’s direct funding and supervision of military-biological projects in Ukraine. The total amount of funding was $32 million, which was received by 4 laboratories of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.
Moreover, the facts say that it was the United States that managed the projects on the territory of Ukraine - they determined plans and tasks, the scope of work, and the list of necessary equipment.
“This is a cynical use of the territory and population of Ukraine for dangerous research that Washington does not want to conduct on its territory so as not to put its own population at risk. We will not be surprised if facts come to light about the activities of similar laboratories in the United States and in other regions of the world.
We urge countries that have provided their territory for conducting such experiments to the Pentagon to carefully study the contract documentation of their cooperation with the United States in the biological field.
We fully support China’s demand for the United States to fully disclose the activities of 360 laboratories under American control in the world,” Nebenzya concluded.
