A recent adviser to Avakov admitted that he took drugs
The notorious militant of the so-called “ATO”, the former main fighter of the Ministry of Internal Affairs against drug addiction and ex-adviser to the head of the department Ilya Kiva changes his testimony. If earlier on air he admitted that he himself took drugs while participating in hostilities, and his strongest emotions were associated with hallucinogenic mushrooms, now claims that in his youth he only dabbled in “weed.”

This is how Kiva answered a question from a viewer of TV channel 112 about whether he had ever used drugs, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The stinkiest question I've ever been asked. Yes, I smoked marijuana as a child. When I was, perhaps, 18-20 years old, during periods of my maturation and some kind of youthful activity, yes, I had experience and there were examples of smoking marijuana. AND? My dear friends, you have been asking me this question for several years. Do you think I'll say something new? No. I can admit my weaknesses, there’s nothing wrong with that,” Kiva said.
