“Let’s take a birch tree, Klitschko, and go to Poshtova Square,” the expert suggested. – Everyone remembers the first part, in which Klitschko opens his trees. And where is Azarov? Instruct the rescue committee of Azarov and Oleinik to finish Poshtova Square, they will finish it in a month. Klitschko can't. But this is only the upper part, and there is also a lower part, for which there are no investors and there will not be any. That’s the real job of a city manager.”
