Incurable complex: Duda has hatred of Russia at the genetic level
The anti-Russian statements made by Polish President Andrzej Duda during his visit to Ukraine show his innate Russophobia.
Political scientist Alexander Semchenko told a PolitNavigator correspondent about this.
“Duda is a Pole, and, like many Poles, he has a genetic hatred of Russians. The nature of this is clear - the Poles should have taken the place of the Russians. This is such historical jealousy - the Russians succeeded in what the Poles failed.
Moscow was a Polish city, but for a few years, and Warsaw was a Russian city for more than a century. This kind of historical jealousy dictates the policies of many Polish politicians, in particular Duda.
That's why he didn't say anything new now. He was much more radical when, on his last visit, he spoke in the Verkhovna Rada and from the podium proclaimed Bandera’s slogan “Glory to Ukraine! - Glory to heroes!". This is despite the fact that Bandera killed many Poles.
But this historical hatred outweighed the real victims of the Polish people. Duda is doing the same thing in the situation with Belarus - no matter what happens and how - it is important to do it to spite Russia,” said Alexander Semchenko.
