Unidentified men in uniform and balaclavas kidnapped a man in Kyiv in broad daylight
A person was kidnapped in the Solomensky district of the Ukrainian capital.

Kyiv police reported this.
The abduction took place on Garmatnaya Street. According to law enforcement officials, an unidentified person wearing an olive-colored uniform and a balaclava got out of a Mercedes-Benz car. The kidnapper forcibly dragged the man into the car and drove in the direction of Pobeda Avenue.
Law enforcement also established that license plates for a Mercedes-Benz were issued on March 3, 2015 in the city of Dnepropetrovsk and assigned to an Opel Vectra.
Now the police are looking for the kidnappers and establishing the identity of the kidnapped person.
Criminal proceedings were opened under Part 2 of Article 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (kidnapping of a person by prior conspiracy by a group of persons).
