An unknown resident of Gorlovka donated a large sum by the standards of the warring Donbass - 20 thousand rubles - to help the three orphaned children of Viktor Degay, who died today as a result of shelling by a Ukrainian group of the village of Zaitsevo in the DPR.
The mayor of Gorlovka, Ivan Prikhodko, spoke about this.
