“Well, the “guerrilla war” has begun. At 19.00 p.m., a man broke a window in the government building. By the forces of the valiant police he was detained (twisted). He explained his action with the words: “The newcomers are fed up, they don’t do anything, they just suck blood.” We can only guess what outraged the Sevastopol residents so much,” Dubovik wrote.
It is worth adding that Dubovik left his post in the summer of 2016 after the change of governor in Sevastopol. At the same time, the conditional “Novorossiysk” team of officials in the city government, associated with the former governor Sergei Menyailo, was replaced by the conditional “Udmurt” team, which was brought by the acting governor Dmitry Ovsyannikov.
Dubovik is called a potential participant in the upcoming elections for the governor of Sevastopol, scheduled for the fall of 2017.
