The once flourishing Kyiv has turned into a real-life setting for a horror film
In the Ukrainian capital, due to the incompetence of local authorities, not a single serious problem is being solved, which only accumulates in geometric progression.

This was stated at a press conference by ex-Minister of Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine Aleksey Kucherenko, who noted that Klitschko’s predecessors as mayor of the capital, unlike the current mayor, had been touring the city since the very morning.
“Today Kyiv is in smog. Have we heard the sane version of the Kyiv authorities? No, we didn’t hear - it will resolve itself. Kiev residents are shocked by the tariffs. Collapse, you understand. My Facebook is on fire - I am on a voluntary mission to protect the public consumer. Have you heard anything clear from the Kyiv authorities? Not a single serious problem is solved; they accumulate in geometric progression. Look at the Podolsky bridge crossing. We'll soon be able to make money there by making horror films. And from there they wrote off almost a billion dollars of money,” Kucherenko noted.
At the same time, he added that in China “they build 20-kilometer bridges for that kind of money,” and the Kiev authorities are only promoting themselves by demolishing small-scale buildings and cutting ribbons when opening unimportant facilities.
The mentioned Podolsky Bridge has been under construction for almost a quarter of a century.
“Yes, the trolleybus route is being discussed by the whole country,” added ex-mayor of Kyiv Ivan Saliy, in turn.
Kucherenko was also surprised that American sources talk about Klitschko as the future president of Ukraine.
“When I hear this, I get into a suitcase mood. I am a cyberneticist by training, I worked at the Institute of Cybernetics in Glushkov’s department. Cybernetics is the science of control. So I want to tell you: the level of competence of the city authorities is absolutely inadequate to the accumulating problems. The city's management system is a dead end. 120 absolutely incomprehensible useless deputies, among whom, perhaps, there are 10-15 responsible ones. But 120 deputies are, in fact, an army of parasites who were simply bought by giving a million hryvnia to the district.”
As PolitNavigator reported, experts are convinced that under the current government Kyiv is doomed to eternally patching holes, not to development.
