Some commercial pharmacies will remain on the territory of medical institutions in Sevastopol, despite the ban
Sevastopol, July 03 (Navigator, Olga Nikolaeva) – Some commercial pharmacies will remain on the territory of medical institutions in Sevastopol, despite the ban on this practice announced by the Russian authorities.
The head of the main health department, Yuri Voskanyan, stated this during the medical board.

In order to maintain the existing predominant position of the business in the place where customers are concentrated in the territories of hospital institutions, commercial pharmacies must provide their own social program, for example, offering options for reducing drug prices for the poor.
In addition, their activities must “be consistent with the Russian regulatory framework.”
“If the cost of medicinal drugs in pharmacies exceeds the Russian average, or the maximum retail markups are exceeded, their presence on the territory of hospitals will become impossible,” Voskanyan said.
As Navigator reported, at a meeting with tenants on June 24, acting. Sevastopol Governor Sergei Menyailo said that they must vacate rented premises in medical institutions within a month.
This caused a protest from entrepreneurs who believe that during the transition period, federal law guarantees the preservation of legal relations that arose in Ukraine, in particular, the right of use under lease agreements.
