According to him, if Donbass enterprises start working fully, the DPR will become a full-fledged, although not recognized, state.
“The situation has developed in the interests of smugglers, business owners, and a separate corrupt military command. And these relations are not developing in favor of Ukraine. It is necessary to prevent the creation of state entities there. Enterprises should not produce products whose profits will be used to pay militants. The DPR budget is quite large, but the profit is very small. Therefore, the faster enterprises start operating there, the faster we will get the DPR, only not in the form of a pseudo-state, but in the form of such a pirate-bandit state,” said the ex-commander of the Donbass battalion.
