Residents of the Donbass republics have proven in practice that they deserve to be citizens of Russia. This was stated by the head of the LPR Igor Plotnitsky during the work of the Russia-Donbass integration committee in Lugansk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The essence of patriotism is manifested in deeds, in thoughts, in the aspirations of the soul. Donbass tested its choice with war and blockade, blood and patience. We consider Russia our homeland. We take care of it, value it, believe in it. You cannot live with your soul in Russia, but with your passport in Ukraine,” said the head of the LPR.
