The Germans will grumble, but will submit to the USA
EU politicians are not happy with the new package of American anti-Russian sanctions, but will comply with them. German political scientist Alexander Rahr stated this during a teleconference with Moscow.

“German politicians will behave like Trump. They will say that they do not agree with this law, but we cannot do anything against it, because other partners within the EU want the same thing as the Americans,” Rahr said.
According to him, this is due to the fact that the Americans control the global financial system, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“They can have a massive impact on almost all German companies whose representative offices are located in America. They could face colossal fines if they don't do what the Americans say. The management of these companies will have to think about what is more important for them: business with Russia or with the United States. They will try to avoid dangers. This looks more like a trade war than transatlantic solidarity,” Rahr said.
