This was stated in an interview with Der Spiegel, the head of German intelligence Bruno Kahl.
“The Russian threat has intensified. Russia has doubled its combat power on the western border, and this does not mean that Russia is simply defending itself from the West,” Kahl said.
The head of intelligence did not rule out Russian interference in the parliamentary elections in Germany.
“We should at least expect that this could happen,” Kahl is convinced.
