As it turns out, the heads of state walked to the television cameras not at the head of the people, but along a well-guarded and cordoned off alley.

German economic news writes: “These photographs have gone around the world: More than a million people march in Paris on Sunday in a breathtaking display of solidarity with victims of terrorist attacks. At the beginning of the column movement are the leaders of Europe. Almost every news outlet reported on the memorial march, citizens and politicians showed their unity.
However, it now turns out that it was just an optical illusion. The politicians did not walk at the head of the column of people, but along a closed alley leading to Leon Blum Square. The “people” behind the politicians are not the Parisians, but the security forces. The street behind the small group of politicians remained empty. The recording was made near the Voltaire metro station, Le Monde newspaper confirmed.”
