German journalists pinned the head of the Ukrainian National Police with a question about the murder of Buzina
The court that freed right-wing radicals suspected of murdering Kyiv publicist Oles Buzina did not question the evidence collected, head of the National Police of Ukraine Sergei Knyazev said in an interview with Deutsche Welle.

First, the conversation touched on the topic of the murder of journalist Pavel Sheremet, and the head of the National Police, as PolitNavigator reported, admitted that militants of the Azov regiment are being checked for involvement to this crime. Then the conversation turned to other high-profile crimes committed in post-Maidan Ukraine.
“The murder of Sheremet is not the only crime against journalists over the past few years. The police have been investigating the arson of the Inter TV channel for six months, and the case of threats to media employees after the publication of their data by the Myrotvorets website for almost ten months. Why are there still no results?” asked Deutsche Welle.
“I’m not ready to answer these questions now, I don’t have the information at hand,” Knyazev answered.
The journalists also reminded him that the suspects in the murder of Oles Buzina were released from custody by a court decision, and also asked whether the law enforcement officers, whom right-wing radicals accused of falsifying evidence, were to blame.
“The court did not question our evidence in any way. He changed the preventive measure; these are matters of judicial investigation. We've finished our part. As for criticism, we have democracy in our country,” said the head of the National Police.
As PolitNavigator reported, experts believe that the leads are from Elderberry’s killers lead to the very top of the Ukrainian government.
