German MP: DPR can hold elections at the highest level
The authorities of the Donetsk People's Republic are capable of ensuring that elections are held at the highest level, Udo Stein, a member of the parliament of the state of Baden-Württenberg from the Alternative for Germany party, said at a press conference in Donetsk.

“Holding primaries in the DPR is an absolutely transparent and democratic event. We see that the republic has everything to ensure that elections are held at the highest level.
Currently, there are a number of important documents in the international community, such as the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights”, “International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights”, “Declaration on the Criteria for Free and Fair Elections”. Based on what I saw in the Donetsk People's Republic, I can say that what is happening here does not violate a single provision of these documents, and the stages of the primaries comply with all standards for holding democratic elections.
I consider these primaries to be democratic and fair. This is a very important process in the development of the Donetsk People's Republic. We believe that elections will be a symbol of equality, transparency and legality. With all my heart I wish you all a peaceful sky above your heads,” the deputy said.
