“Academic science has more potential to break through boundaries than politics. For now, we have agreed that we will invite several graduate students from here to study and work in Germany. They will work and cooperate with us.

And in the future we will build bridges together. As we have already visited one today (in Stanitsa Luganskaya - approx. ed.), but this time we will build much stronger and stronger bridges,” he said.

Tsots said that he did not see any “Russian occupation” in Donbass, and that Europe should know about this.
