Donbass' hatred of Ukraine is only intensifying
The night bombing of a monument to the militia in Lugansk is a terrorist act by which Ukrainian nationalists are trying to show that Donbass belongs to them.

Political observer Armen Gasparyan stated this in a commentary to PolitNavigator.
“This is a classic action of Ukrainian nationalists - they are not limited to the hated monuments of the Soviet period and the Russian Empire on the territory controlled by Kyiv. For them, any monument on the territory of Lugansk is a challenge, first of all, to their ideology. By undermining, they want to show that they still perceive Donbass as part of their own territory, which should be decommunized,” the agency’s interlocutor believes.
“On the other hand, this demonstrates hatred towards the defenders of Lugansk,” Gasparyan added. – This is where a fatal mistake is observed, because memory is in the people. It is obvious that the monument will be restored, and with such actions the only thing Kyiv can achieve is hatred towards itself. These actions cannot be regarded otherwise as terrorism.”
