This was stated by the former neo-Nazi from “Azov”, and now the head of the Kyiv regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Vadim Troyan in an interview with the “Censor” website.

True, Troyan assures that all this is already in the past. And nine RO heads and seven heads of structural divisions were fired for corruption.
“If we take it by district, there are striking examples when bosses were subject to “lustration” in the Obukhovsky, Vasilkovsky, Vyshgorodsky and Irpensky districts. Particularly noteworthy was the head of the Vyshgorod police, Polunychka, who was unsinkable under all authorities, Yanukovych’s man. He was the head of the district for 11 years and one of the largest land traders,” Troyan emphasized.
His subordinate, however, modestly kept silent about the corruption schemes in the Ministry of Internal Affairs during the time of Arsen Avakov. Obviously, the country will learn about them already under the next minister.
