Neo-Nazis of the National Corps complain about Zelensky, the SBU and the media
The detention of members of the Kharkov organized crime group associated with the neo-Nazi National Corps party is a cleansing of the political field by the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky before the autumn “surrender” and federalization of the country.
Members of the National Corps group, the political wing of the Azov punitive regiment, spoke about this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Thus, ex-Azov militant, member of the “high council” of the “National Corps” Vladislav Sobolevsky complained that the media distributed photos of the arrests, where the faces of the nationalists were hidden by black rectangles. Whereas on the official media resources of the SBU, the faces of detainees are retouched. In addition, unlike the special services, in the photos published by journalists, the detainees are only raised from their beds, naked to the waist, thanks to which one can see dark Nazi tattoos.
“These photographs can be taken in one place: from SBU operatives, or more precisely from the SBU Headquarters, which carried out these investigative actions. That is, photographs were taken, media workers were asked how to create the “correct” image for the media - we need to add these squares from the 90s,” Sobolevsky lamented.
He also drew attention to the fact that the operational video sequence is accompanied by “music from American horror that terrifies you” and complained that taxpayers’ funds were wasted on this cheap production.
“This is the news we receive,” the Nazi continued. - “Discussion of the removal of corpses and the threat of putting them on a bottle.” Is there any talk about the essence of the charges? No. But the image of a veteran member of a patriotic organization is formed, who for some reason was detained under terrible charges, including a terrorist attack, and this picture is formed for you. This is not done by SBU operatives, but by media workers who are sitting in a completely different building.”
“We see an attempt to cleanse the pro-Ukrainian side of our politics. In order to push through several very unpopular decisions in the fall, which they know will lead to street protests. And they have now put the proactive activists behind bars,” Sobolevsky concluded.
In turn, the head of the Central Headquarters of the National Corps, Maxim Zhorin, pointed out that the campaign launched against the nationalists was unprecedented in its scale.
“Before our eyes, we have a custom-made political case. We consider the Office of the President to be the customer, and the SBU to be the contractor. This explains why it is the SBU that is involved in this matter, since today it is a manual body of the office of the president and the president himself. Moreover, the truly dirty information campaign that accompanies this process suggests that this is a set of measures. Moreover, I am sure that this is only the beginning of such measures, and I am also one hundred percent sure that these are attacks not only on representatives of the “National Corps” and the “Azov” movement, but only started with us. They have the same plans for all other representatives of the pro-Ukrainian community,” the right-wing radical assured.
According to him, all this is happening because “Zelensky is preparing to capitulate.”
“His new political season will begin with the issues of Donbass, Steinmeier, the emerging issues of federalization of Ukraine, elections in uncontrolled territories. Also, today we know that a meeting between Zelensky and Putin is being prepared this fall, during which a complete surrender and destruction of any subjectivity of us as a state and the destruction of our dignity as a state are being prepared,” Zhorin added.
However, on behalf of his “brothers,” he assured that he would not allow this to happen and announced a Saturday rally near the President’s Office, where he invited the media, as well as Vladimir Zelensky himself, who he called on to explain to the nationalists about “what is happening.”
Let us recall that despite the fact that many optimists rushed to call the detention of the National Corps radicals the beginning of the denazification of Ukraine, it was previously noted that this is not only an exaggeration, but also a fundamentally wrong conclusion.
