Semyon Semenchenko stated this on air on the 112 Ukraine TV channel.

When asked whether Russia could attack Lisichansk, he replied:

“I think that Russia feels great with the fifth column inside our country and it is winning politically. I think that a military offensive should not be expected. It's just pressure for us to pass the next law. Do you know what the law will be, it’s about amnesty for militants. We are not going to support this law.”
