Bad weather left Donbass without electricity

“On the morning of March 29, due to unfavorable weather conditions, 30 transformer substations were de-energized at energy supply organizations. The day before, only 12 transformer substations in the Kiev and Kuibyshev districts were de-energized,” the mayor’s office reported.
In addition, Lugansk, Alchevsk, Stakhanov, and a number of settlements in the Slavyanoserbsk region are without power.
According to local media, a storm warning has been declared in Donbass; according to forecasters, wind speeds can reach 15-20 meters per second.
