“The governor of the Odessa region, Maxim Stepanov, was also noticed on the Kulikovo field: he does not take part in mourning events, but gives interviews to central television channels. However, even in this sense, Stepanov became the first governor of the Odessa region who risked appearing on the Kulikovo Field on the anniversary of the May 2 tragedy,” reports Timer.
