In addition, it is important to note such a factor as the impact of business on the political position of EU member countries. Despite the sanctions, virtually no major European company has left Russia. They could shift their plans, cut something somewhere, but the absolute majority remained. And they are urging their governments to abandon policies that are harmful to business development.
