The head of the information and analytical center “Third Sector” Andrey Zolotarev said this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Today we are witnessing the state’s refusal of its social obligations. This is nothing more than the inability of the state to live according to the Constitution, which stipulates that Ukraine is a social state. Today it is clear that the clothes of a welfare state are beyond the means of Ukraine, whose GDP has not reached the level of 1991 after 27 years of independence. Therefore, these are quite pessimistic results,” the political scientist concluded.
