There is not a single positive scenario for the future of Ukraine
The Ukrainian mess will continue for a very long time, and ordinary citizens should not hope that the situation will improve in the near future.

About this in interview Political scientist Vladimir Kornilov told the Federal News Agency when answering a question about forecasts for the life of ordinary Ukrainian people.
“I wrote an analytical note for the Institute of CIS Countries, describing all possible scenarios for the development of events - it turned out to be 17 scenarios with a lot of subtypes. And no matter what scenario I take, it can be argued that the chaos will last for a long time. There is no bright way out for people in the near future, after which everything will get better and everyone will live happily and long,” the political scientist outlined the Ukrainian prospects.
At the same time, he emphasizes that the politicians who promised European salaries to Ukrainians soon “openly lied to people who were called biomass” and knew full well that Ukraine would never be a member of the EU.
“Now Ukrainians are fleeing the country en masse for any kind of work. The population is depopulating, there is no one to work there now, and those who can at least do something are leaving. The EU now, without hesitation, sets conditions for Ukraine: We will resume your financial assistance if you lift the moratorium on the sale of land and forests. They do not hide: they need your land, they need your forest. NATO does not hide: we need your territory for bases adjacent to the borders of the Russian Federation. This country was of interest to the West as a territory. The West doesn’t care at all about what will happen to millions of people,” Kornilov concluded.
