Appointed by a decree of the President of Ukraine on August 29 as the head of the presidential administration instead of Boris Lozhkin, the former governor of the Kharkov region, Igor Rainin, has already managed to arouse the wrath of the “patriots.” He gave his first interview in this position on the “separatist” TV channel “Inter”, hated by the nationalists, and even in Russian.
