Ukrainian propaganda is lying, regularly spreading the idea that the Russians are preparing to occupy this or that city by a certain date.

This was stated by retired Colonel Vladimir Trukhan of the Ministry of Defense's central apparatus on the PolitWera video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
