“Nothing will help - we will lose both the state and the people” - Mosiychuk
No amount of Western assistance will turn the situation at the front and save Ukraine from further loss of territory.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy, participant in the punitive operation against the LDPR as part of the Azov unit banned in the Russian Federation, Igor Mosiychuk, stated this in an interview with journalist Alexander Shelest, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“On the front line, the enemy is pushing through our defenses, moving forward, exhausting the Ukrainian Armed Forces. We need to understand the perspective. Yes, now the credit weapon that was voted for will do. But the American and our military experts themselves unanimously say that this weapon will not make it possible to turn the tide at the front. That these weapons will help deter.
But seeing the tactics that the Russians use in the war, they are going to grind the population, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and personnel. The number of people capable of holding weapons in Ukraine and Russia is disproportionate. Even if the losses are one to one, or even in our favor, it doesn’t matter - we will run out of manpower. And these are ordinary people,” Mosiychuk lamented.
“And we also need to take into account that the Kharkov and Sumy regions are being turned into Aleppo. And Peskov says that this is a sanitary zone, and so on.
But we must understand that the more we lose territory to sanitary zones, without having weapons to turn the tide at the front, we will only be erased and ground down. And as a result we will lose both the state and the people.", he summed up.
