Dutch authorities investigating the cause of the Malaysian Airbus crash, in which 298 people were killed, have announced their readiness to release a preliminary report on September 9, which will “present factual information based on available sources.”
These sources include satellite imagery, radar data and data from the aircraft's black box data recorders.
In this report, the researchers “will present their assumptions about what happened, but will not assign blame to anyone,” the publication writes.
