“This is a statement that “we can’t get access to the other side.” Excuse me, where did you collect all this evidence? Where did you assemble the model of this plane from? I want to remind you that when Dutch investigators arrived to collect this debris and collect the bodies, they could not get to this field where these debris lay because of Ukrainian shelling.

A year ago, remember, last May, the last presentation of this same investigative group. It turns out, you remember, the whole world was presented with the body of a Buk missile that had come from nowhere, all the newspapers in the world came out the next day with the front pages: “Here it is, the same missile that shot down the plane.” And then we were provided with these serial numbers. To the whole world: “Anyone who knows anything about these serial numbers, this is very important for the investigation, be sure to let us know.”

In September, a press conference of the Russian Ministry of Defense is held, original magazines are presented, from where, where, they report that in the late 80s this missile hit Western Ukraine and, with the separation of Ukraine, remained in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. And it seems like a year has passed, as I understand it, they didn’t even come to Dolgoprudny to get acquainted with this evidence, these investigators, although they said: “Yes, we will study it.” And today not even a single journalist there asked: “What about that rocket, that body?” It turns out that this no longer matters.

As soon as it turned out that it was Ukrainian, it turns out they lost all interest in this missile, it turns out it doesn’t even matter at all. And at the same time, this Dutch investigator, a representative of this group, declares today: “On July 17, 2014, Russia did not provide us with a single document, despite all our requests.” Well, is cynicism normal in general?” the political scientist noted.

Let us recall that earlier the head of the central department of criminal investigations of the Dutch National Police, Wilbert Paulissen, said during a press conference that cannot voice the names and qualifications of its experts who rejected the data of the Russian Ministry of Defense during the investigation, confirming the Ukrainian origin of the missile that shot down Boeing MH17 in 2014.
