This is stated in a draft document prepared by the Dutch government, writes Reuters.
Thus, the Netherlands demands that the agreement stipulate that the agreement will not give Ukrainians the right to freely live and work in the territory of the European Union.
Prime Minister Mark Rutte noted that although none of these points were promised in the agreement, the Dutch want additional guarantees to reassure their voters.
The draft document also notes that the fight against corruption in Ukraine is key to establishing closer ties between Kiev and the EU.
The document will be considered at the EU leaders' summit on December 15.
