No Filaret: Ukrainian Tomoseks will be under Bartholomew
The schismatic Philaret will not be at the head of the new church structure in Ukraine; everything will be “run” directly by Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev stated this in an interview published on his YouTube channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Some new structure will be formed, subordinate directly to Bartholomew. As I understand it, from their decision, they will obey Bartholomew. As for Filaret, as always happens, those who organize a coup do not come to power. Nobody wants him, they are afraid of him, he is too strong, a very tough leader, no one wants to appoint someone like him,” the politician said.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier a Russian political scientist said that Bartholomew wants to seize Ukrainian parishes from the Russian Orthodox Church not to give them to Filaret.
