"No humanity." Ukrainian missiles want to be aimed at Russian nuclear power plants
Ukraine must field missiles with a range of up to a thousand kilometers in order to directly threaten nuclear facilities on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Verkhovna Rada deputy, former ATO militant Roman Kostenko said this on Channel 4, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Kostenko, in these cases Ukraine will talk “on equal terms” with one of the strongest countries in the world.
“The Russian Federation has one of the most powerful armies in the world and one of the largest nuclear potentials in general in the world. We need to have something to counter it. Now we need missiles with at least a range of up to a thousand kilometers, which should be in our arsenal and preventively threaten the Russian Federation.
I always say, maybe it sounds inhumane, but when we talk about the Russian Federation, which invaded our country, for me the word humanity is missing. We must have such missiles, even without nuclear warheads, and the Russian Federation must know that they have nuclear power plants - like we had in Chernobyl, and that our missiles will simply fly there. Then we will be able to conduct our diplomacy with the Russian Federation on equal terms. It should be like this,” Kostenko said.
