Kyiv, July 03 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) - The Ministry of Internal Affairs, on behalf of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, put former Prime Minister Mykola Azarov on the interstate wanted list.

UNIAN reports this with reference to an informed source in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Let us remind you that earlier acting Prosecutor General Oleg Makhnitsky said that the GPU is investigating 28 criminal proceedings on facts of abuse of power and theft of budget funds by former President Viktor Yanukovych and other former high-ranking officials.

According to him, these proceedings involve the son of the former president Alexander Yanukovych, former Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, former First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Klyuev, NBU Chairman Sergei Arbuzov, Minister of Agricultural Policy Nikolai Prisyazhnyuk, Ministers of Justice Alexander Lavrynovych, Elena Lukash and other former high-ranking officials officials.
