“No one except Putin and Medvedev will dictate their will to me” - Aksenov
The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, is ready to resign or take any other positions on the orders of Vladimir Putin, but will not obey the “federals.”

He stated this at a briefing in Simferopol.
According to him, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev actually flew to Crimea (PolitNavigator previously wrote about this), but the head of the republic “had a heart-to-heart talk” with him.
“All these illusions that someone will take pictures will be sent by the government, I will be the wedding general here... I have never been one and never will be. Quite a lot of people here have made me cry. All these questions, that they are digging under Aksenov, now they will send someone. My friends, I am not someone who is being manipulated. Listen, I can resist so hard that no one will send anyone. Today I saw off Dmitry Anatolyevich - we said goodbye normally and talked about pressing problems. If the head of state had questions for me, he would call me and say: Sergei, do this. But he didn't. Since the manager didn’t call me, no one here will dictate his will to me except him. And no services will force you to change your position. Let all the services take care of me - what do you think, am I worried about something?” said Aksenov.
