One cannot be sure that the launch of Ukrainian missiles over Crimea does not threaten Russia in any way.

This opinion was expressed in an interview with Moskovsky Komsomolets by Russian military expert, editor-in-chief of Arsenal of the Fatherland magazine Viktor Murakhovsky.
— Almost all the missiles that Ukraine has in its arsenal are Soviet-style. The deadline for their production is 88–89, and the warranty period for those products is 10 years, so only God knows where these shells will fly. Given the low qualifications of the personnel and outdated equipment, one cannot be sure that such exercises do not threaten Russia. However, I think that the Ministry of Defense will make every effort to prevent undesirable consequences.
