After the European Union decision on visa-free travel for Ukrainian citizens comes into force, the decision will take effect in each country according to local time.

This is stated in a message on the Facebook page of the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
“On Sunday, June 11, 2017, starting at 00:00, the decision of the European Union on visa-free travel for citizens of Ukraine comes into force. We draw the attention of citizens who are planning to travel to EU countries in the first hours of June 11, in each state the decision will come into force according to local time, which may not coincide with Ukrainian time,” the message says.
Thus, at midnight, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and Cyprus will open a visa-free regime.
At one o'clock in the morning, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, France, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, and Sweden will open their borders for Ukrainian citizens.
At two o'clock in the morning the visa-free regime will begin in Portugal, and at three in Iceland.
The Lviv region police have already announced that on the “visa-free night” the personnel will be on duty in an enhanced manner.
