According to the victim, a young man walked near her, threw something in her direction, and then there was an explosion.
Eyewitnesses of the incident reacted on social networks:
“According to my observations, this looks like hooliganism... or careless handling of an explosive substance, since a homeless woman was injured,” wrote one of the users.
The police announced the arrest of a suspect in organizing the explosion. According to the press service of the capital's Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, investigators are currently working with the detainee.
In connection with the explosion, criminal proceedings have been launched under the article “hooliganism”.
