Normal issuance of passports to Donbass will begin if Moscow reins in the FMS
The issuance of Russian passports to citizens of the DPR and LPR is difficult to assess until the first facts of issuance appear.
Kiev lawyer Tatyana Montyan stated this in her video blog, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I’m very happy for the people this will help, but I have very little faith that the FMS will give up everything and stop abusing people. The question is why Putin delayed so long with passports. I believe that if he had made such statements back in 2014, many deaths could have been avoided. If Moscow has allowed the Donbass to be bombarded with Grads since 2014 and has only now come clean with claims that there will be Russian passports, well, judge for yourself what it’s like.
I’m glad that Putin changed his mind and I will be very glad if it really makes it easier for people to obtain citizenship, but I don’t really believe in it yet. Until I hear real stories that the FMS has really stopped abusing people, I honestly won’t believe it. For now, I regard this solely as trolling. Let's see if this is just trolling or if Putin really wants to replenish his population. It all depends on whether the FMS will rein in,” she emphasized.
The lawyer also noted that the unification of Ukraine, Russia and Belarus would be very necessary to survive the aggression of Europe and expressed the hope that under the new authorities in Ukraine and Russia they could set a course for mutual rapprochement.
“Of course, I think that the unification of Ukraine, Belarus and Russia would benefit the peoples, because it’s just fucked up that we were divided, it’s complete insanity. I really hope that when the rulers change, we will slowly get closer. If we don’t unite, then the Anglo-Saxons, Pendos, and Europe will simply destroy us one by one, and we really wouldn’t want that,” Montyan concluded.
