The Norwegian intended to get from Ukraine to Africa through Romania. They found drugs, jewelry, electronic devices and money with him, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“On Sunday, April 29, border guards of the Izmail detachment detained a Norwegian citizen who was trying to illegally cross the Ukrainian-Romanian state border along the Danube River,” the report says.
It is noted that the Norwegian tried to cross the border using two plastic barrels. The man explained that he planned to get to Africa through Romania and other EU countries.
