Kyiv, October 22 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – Judges should be people without higher legal education, but honest, who have completed a polygraph and courses. Political scientist Alexander Paliy stated this on the TVi channel.
According to him, the absolute majority of judges are corrupt, and only with such methods can corruption be overcome.

“It is necessary to appoint a judge after completing special courses, mandatory polygraph testing, and more than once. The same applies to law enforcement officers. For example, we need a rule that a person who opens a criminal case against a minister or deputy receives immunity for the duration of the investigation and cannot be fired. It would be possible to introduce such a thing so that a person who served in the ATO or gave a third of his property to the needs of the army would be considered to have passed lustration,” Paliy said.
To which the people's deputy of Ukraine, leader of the Radical Party Oleg Lyashko, was indignant: “Don’t make me laugh. How can a person without legal education be appointed as a judge? Yes, he will imprison you for a murder that you did not commit. And the idea of paying off for lustration is the same thing as corruption. Half of our deputies visited the ATO for half an hour and received certificates of participation.”
