A new brilliant idea: they want to drive all Ukrainian ministers into one building to save money
Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Dmitry Dubilet proposes to locate all ministries in the Cabinet building on Grushevsky Street in Kyiv as part of optimizing the work of the government, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Dubilet reported this on Telegram.
“...all ministries will be able to move into one building on Grushevsky Street, and not occupy a bunch of real estate around Kyiv,” Dubilet wrote.
He announced his intention by the end of next year to centralize “everything that is possible, where it will not interfere with effective work.”
“And I am sure that this centralization has great potential not only with ministries, but also with other government bodies, right down to the regions,” Dubilet added.
“Of course, in order to effectively centralize everything, many functions need to be simplified and converted into electronic form,” he noted.
Previously, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed 10 new deputy ministers, including ex-People's Deputy Anton Gerashchenko, who became deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
