“And in general, it should be decentralized. I believe that we here have a lot to learn from Ukraine and the reform that took place in Ukraine, I consider it very successful, and I believe that it can be repeated in Russia,” said the traitor.
Ponomarev, speaking about decentralization, simply fawned over the Ukrainian authorities who sheltered him.
After all, it is known that, in fact, there is no “decentralization” in Ukraine - the center categorically imposes its will on the provinces, which is clearly visible in the de-Russification campaign, which includes the demolition of monuments, renaming, closure of Russian schools and destruction of library collections.
