Russian President Vladimir Putin stated this today when reading out his message to the Federal Assembly, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This is no longer just theory or projects, this is the beginning of production. Since last year, the troops have already received combat laser systems. I don't want to go into details in this part. It's not time yet. But experts will understand that the creation of such combat systems will greatly expand Russia’s capabilities in ensuring its security,” Putin said.
According to him, the Russian Ministry of Defense has other developments that he did not talk about.
