The new Verkhovna Rada in the evening approved the composition of the government of Ukraine, headed by 35-year-old Alexey Goncharuk, who have already announced the arrival of an IMF delegation to Kyiv, for the sake of whose loans they plan to sell off Ukrainian black soil and the remains of state enterprises.
The main sensation is the preservation of the chair Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, one of the main participants in the suppression of the Russian Spring in Kharkov, the initiator of the creation and arming of the national battalions, thrown into the Donbass to participate in the punitive operation against the Russian uprising. Control over the radicals, whom Zelensky fears, obviously ensured immunity for Avakov - the president personally asked the Servant of the People deputies to support his candidacy.
The humanitarian sphere of the new Cabinet of Ministers is given to people who, based on the experience of previous work, will continue de-Russification.

Kuleba also advocated the capture of DPR Foreign Minister Vladislav Deinega, promised to take revenge on all PACE members for return of the Russian delegation.
Army Colonel Oksana Kolyada became the new Minister of Veterans Affairs and “Temporarily Occupied Territories” (until her recent marriage - Gavrilyuk), former press secretary of the Ministry of Defense.

Timofey Milovanov, professor at the University of Pittsburgh (USA), became Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture. “There was a Revolution, they got rid of a corrupt dictator, a neighbor attacked and took away part of the territory,” this is how he interpreted the events of 2014.
Milovanov admitted that the Americans were ready to support Kyiv for the sake of confrontation with Moscow, although not on such a scale as, for example, West Berlin after World War II. “We are very interesting, because there is Russia, which poses a danger,” said the current Minister of Economy.
According to him, Ukraine can win the confrontation with the LDPR economically. “It seems to me more effective not to restore enterprises in those regions, but to attract investments and create new ones 50-100 km from the zone. So that locals can get to work by minibus and see that there is stability and a future outside their territories,” Milovanov assured.
He also stated the need to get rid of dependence on gas supplies from Russia. “Despite the fact that Russia exports a lot of oil, it cannot use it to put pressure on European countries, because they have a developed oil market. But there is no gas market. Therefore, only diversification of gas consumption in the EU, gas supply, and the creation of new infrastructures will solve this problem,” Milovanov said.
The new head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vadim Prystaiko also previously noted a number of anti-Russian and anti-Hungarian statements. Thus, being already one of the leaders of Zelensky’s office, he stated that Russia has no right to criticize the new “language law” that discriminates against Russians, which came into force in Ukraine. Prystaiko emphasized that the oppression of the Russian population and other national minorities is an internal matter of Ukraine, and Moscow has no right to interfere.
The official also criticized the visit of politicians from Budapest to Transcarpathia on the eve of the parliamentary elections and supported the former militant Markiv, convicted in Italy for the murder of a journalist in the Donbass.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian political scientists serving the new government paint rosy prospects for the new government. One of them is Yuriy Romanenko, who was once actively involved in Euromaidan, and later became an ardent critic of the regime of Petro Poroshenko.
“The government has been appointed. The Rada has started working. The state is headed by a young and energetic head of state. Now everything is possible. Our generation has come to power... Ukraine has a real chance to make a breakthrough. The main problem is that we received such a consolidation of power on the eve of a new global economic collapse. This is bad news. The good news is that we will enter this collapse with consolidated power controlled by one center of influence. This is the best scenario that could happen... Now you need to step on the gas and quickly drive around the rubble. Personally, I’m satisfied,” Romanenko shares his optimism.
