“We are in a transition period. My colleagues and I discussed that we are finalizing this year in the “without publication” mode, and starting next year we will report,” Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Temirgaliev said in an interview with the Izvestia newspaper.
As the publication explains, according to the new work rules, Crimean officials cannot have businesses or accounts in foreign banks, while Ukrainian legislation allowed this.
The newspaper clarifies that Crimean Prime Minister Sergei Aksenov is a co-owner of the Hwarang-do sports club. The already mentioned Temirgaliev is listed as a co-owner of a number of mining and construction companies in Crimea. And the mayor of Sevastopol, Alexey Chaly, controlled Tavrida Electric.
