The head of the port is accused of not taking measures to re-register the charter agreement for the motor ship “Peter Lidov”, which belongs to the fixed assets of the enterprise and was chartered by the St. Petersburg LLC “NordShipCom”.
“In this regard, in the period from June 18, 2014 to November 30, 2014, the state enterprise of the Republic of Crimea, the Yalta Trade Port branch, received a loss of income in the amount of 6 rubles. Thus, Petrov D.I., being the director of the Yalta Trade Port Branch, contrary to the legitimate interests of this organization, did not fulfill the powers assigned to him, which resulted in causing significant harm to the specified enterprise in the form of lost funds,” noted the FSB Directorate Russia in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Sevastopol.
Crimean TV journalist Oleg Kryuchkov on his social network page provides details of confidential conversations with security forces.
“Due to my profession, I communicate with participants in the Crimean corruption war. Both the security forces and officials are in a mess. The first is due to the lawlessness and arrogance of officials, the second is due to the activity of the security forces. Today I even heard, they say, why are there arrests? You can take it off quietly.
There are now two parallel worlds in Crimea. The scheme has changed, Kyiv no longer lowers the prices for bribes, the money does not go anywhere along the pyramid, which means I am the king and can do whatever I want. That's pretty much how they do it. Although they scrounge for little things, 300 thousand, 265, 150 are the announced amounts, in Ukrainian, “scribbled a hundred rubles, and so on.” Crimeans live in a new country, but officials are still in the old one, so they sit down,” comments Kryuchkov.
