“I’m also on that list. I also have no education. Vocational secondary education is not suitable. There you need to have honors diplomas and higher education. You know, first of all there must be a patriot there. This is what should come first,” said the Cossack deputy.

“When you are a patriot, when you have a core inside you, when you care about your Ukrainian people and Ukraine, you will never bring our Ukraine to war. Well, there were officials there with higher education, they brought it to the point that we are now at war,” Gavrilyuk added.

“How did higher education help? To no one and nothing! Let's fight! Perhaps a higher education is needed in order to steal correctly, so that no one will guess? For this? Yes, laws need to be written correctly, which would benefit Ukraine. Soon I too will know and understand all this, the main thing is to gather competent people around me. If you are a good organizer, you will have good laws. And I was a builder, a foreman who supervised construction sites, organized people, assigned everyone to jobs,” said the newly-minted deputy.

According to Gavrilyuk, the tallest house he ever built had 3 floors.

He clarified that he would like to work in the Verkhovna Rada “in a military direction.”
