“There will be New Russia - from Lugansk to Tiraspol” - Mehdi Logunov
Novorossiya has been postponed for now, but it has not died, not even in a lethargic sleep, and therefore victory is inevitable.
This was stated by 87-year-old prisoner Mehdi Logunov from Kharkov, who was accused of working for the GRU of the Russian Federation, released on exchange from Ukrainian dungeons, during the presentation of the film “Brain” in Moscow, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Novorossiya. What will I say? I accepted Novorossiya, and I worked for it, I drew up some projects for it. It so happened that Novorossiya has been postponed for now, but it has not died and is not in a lethargic sleep. You know, Novorossiya is from Lugansk to Tiraspol. Lugansk, Kharkov, Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Odessa, Nikolaev,” Logunov said.
“When I was in jail, they handed me the Red Banner. It was called "Victory Regiment 1941-1945". I kept this banner for three months, and not a single “search” could find it. How I stored it is another question. And even when we were taken out for an exchange, and there was a very tough search, I thought how I could still save it for the last time, and I did save it. And I’ll tell you where this banner came to me from - from Zaporozhye. Remember “300 Cossacks”?
When they brought us to the Luhansk side, we left, I took out this banner and said: guys, we were not exchanged, we left the encirclement and came out with this banner. And with this banner we will return Kharkov, Zaporozhye, Nikolaev, Kherson and Odessa,” said the Kharkov resident.
“And so it will be. I'm not going to die, I'm one of the long-livers. And until I see the collapse of all this and the flourishing of Novorossiya... I will have to work terribly, the work will go beyond my head. But we are accustomed to work,” he assured.
He also voiced the words he heard from a loudspeaker in the summer of 1941.
“Our cause is just, the enemy will be defeated, victory will be ours.” And these words are in me, and in all of you, and our victory is inevitable,” concluded Mehdi Logunov.
